Air Chief Marshal of the Royal Thai Air Force Delivers a Special Lecture on the Topic of “Strategic Planning”

         Air Chief Marshal Chanon Mungthanya, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force, delivered a special lecture to the students of the Air War College Class 57, on the topic of "Strategic Planning".
